Week 1–4
With our architects we produce drawings, material samples, lighting plans and a detailed specification. You make every design decision calmly before a nail is driven.
Week 4–5
You receive a transparent fixed-price quote with a clear cost breakdown per phase. Digital signing of an industry-standard contract — no fine print, no surprises.
Week 6 onward
Dedicated site manager on site. Weekly updates with photos and progress via our client portal. You have full visibility into schedule, budget and change orders throughout.
Final week
Joint final inspection, warranty certificate and a binder with all documentation: drawings, material specifications, operating and maintenance instructions. 5-year guarantee, 10 years for wet rooms.
